Leeds United Under-21s return to Premier League 2 action on Friday afternoon, as they host Manchester United Under-21s at Thorp Arch.
The Whites will be keen to bounce back from defeat last time out, after a loss on the road at Sunderland brought an impressive six-game unbeaten run to an end.
In that spell, Scott Gardner’s side had picked up a number of strong results across all competitions, including a superb 3-1 victory over Aldershot Town to progress to the National League Cup semi-final.

Before that clash with the Vanarama National League outfit however, attentions turn to the PL2 for the clash with Manchester United U21s.
Leeds go into the encounter 16th in the standings and can move to within four points of the seventh-placed visitors with a win at Thorp Arch.
The two teams met at the beginning of last campaign with the Whites running out 2-1 winners at Old Trafford, thanks to goals from Sean McGurk and Connor Douglas.
