The Tennessee Titans hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft and are widely expected to draft quarterback Cam Ward. While the expectation is that Ward will be the pick, the Titans could change their mind or even trade the pick.
In order to trade the pick, Tennessee would require a very high price tag.
NFL reporter Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports on 102.5 The Game revealed what the Titans would be wanting from the New York Giants to trade up to the No. 1 overall pick.
If the Giants are willing to pay that price, it would make sense for Tennessee to move down and bring in the extra picks.
Charles Robinson says on @1025TheGame the @Titans asking price for the No 1 pick with NYG is at least three first round picks "or something of that value."

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter has revealed his update about the Titans and the No. 1 overall pick as well.
"ESPN sources: Tennessee will hold an additional private workout with potential No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward," Schefter wrote on X. "The Titans have become increasingly impressed with Ward and, while they are expected to listen to offers for the No. 1 overall pick, it now would take an even stronger package to acquire the draft's top selection."

New York might be willing to stand pat at No. 3 now. Trading up would guarantee them a quarterback, but the new expectation is that Shedeur Sanders will end up with the Giants at No. 3.
As for Tennessee, a new quarterback is needed badly. Right now, the Titans have a quarterback room of Will Levis, Brandon Allen, and Tim Boyle.
Ward sent Tennessee a message during his pro day that the team may not be able to refuse.
"[I told them] 'I'm solidifying it today,'" Ward said. "They finally got to see me throw in person. That should be all they need to see. But at the end of the day ... I'm going to be happy whatever team I go to. I'm just trying to play football."
