Arsenal return to Premier League action after the international break on April 1 when they host Fulham at Emirates Stadium, and they could be handed a huge injury boost for the game.

Bukayo Saka has been out of action since December but is nearing a return to full fitness and has taken to social media platform Instagram to share an update Gunners fans would love.

Saying Arsenal have missed the England international star is a big understatement, and manager Mikel Arteta will hope he can return to action next Tuesday and against Everton to play some few minutes before the first-leg of the quarter-final of the Champions League against Real Madrid on April 8.

The North London club remain in the Premier League title race ahead of the final nine games of 2024-25, but they have found themselves 12 points behind leaders Liverpool and will need to win all their remaining games and hope the Reds drop enough points for them to land the title.

Saka has five goals and ten assists in 16 league games and has weighed in with four goals and two assists in five Champions League games, and they could do with his impact right now as their season enters its most definitive weeks.

Arsenal dropped crucial points in three of their last four league matches and cannot afford any further slip-ups between now and May.

Having Saka back right now is a huge boost for the Gunners, and the 23-year-old will be desperate to do all he can to ensure his beloved club end the campaign with a trophy after they got eliminated from the Carabao Cup and FA Cup.

Beating Madrid could prove tricky given the quality of the Spanish club, but Arsenal will fancy their chances with a fit and firing Saka in their line-up, and having him available against Fulham and Everton will come in handy ahead of the huge Champions League fixtures.
