Just when it seemed as if all the drama between Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith had died down, everything came back up. Following a confrontation between James and Smith on the sidelines of a recent game, the two have been feuding.
Everything seemed to calm down, but James' recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show rehashed a lot. James went after Smith multiple times, leading to a frenzy from fans.

But James didn't stop there and proceeded to take another shot at Smith in an epic troll social media post. It was a video of Smith boxing and came after the NBA personality said he would have swung on James in the previous confrontation if the star had slapped him.
After seeing this post, it was natural to believe that Smith would respond. On his morning ESPN show, Smith took the chance to go after James fully.
"That's how petty you've become?... When has LeBron ever done something like that?... This man is in his feelings. I wonder why? Could it be because I don't believe you're the GOAT?"
Smith has been very open about his thoughts on the NBA Greatest of All Time debate, always siding with Michael Jordan. Within his response, Smith also claimed that James didn't attend the memorial service of former NBA star Kobe Bryant.

The original confrontation was over his son, Bronny, and the comments Smith has made. But Smith seemed to apologize and understand where James was coming from.
Throughout his career, James hasn't engaged in these types of comments or posts, so it remains unknown why he has taken things this far with Smith. No matter the reason, the two have continued the beef between each other.
It remains to be seen if James will respond to these comments from Smith, but this drama doesn't seem to be ending soon. The two men continue to take shots at one another, creating a very interesting dynamic within NBA discourse.
