Leeds United fans will have been devastated that Georginio Rutter opted to leave the club in the summer.
The French attacker really impressed in the Championship with Leeds, which caught Brighton’s eye in what was a £40m deal.
Although a big loss, Rutter’s involvement last season proved to set them on the right track this campaign.
Daniel Farke will hope to replicate someone of Rutter’s ability in the Premier League, as Farke saw Rutter’s potential very quickly.
It’s clear that despite a short spell with the club, Rutter has a special place for Leeds, and that remained evident in a recent social media post.

Georginio Rutter shows his true Leeds United colours
Rutter’s exit was a real shame, but it seemed the attacker had clear ambitions to play in the Premier League.
Leeds and Farke hope they meet again next season as the Whites will be hoping to get promotion sorted with no breaks of the season left.
Despite leaving in the summer, Rutter’s name has appeared on Leeds’ team sheet at times, which gives a clear indication of the impact he made on the club last season.
MORE LEEDS UNITED STORIES
Well, Rutter knows his impact, and whatever he goes on to will know how crucial Leeds has been to his career, and that has been shown after a new social media post.
Rutter collaborated with Instagram football giants, 433, giving a house tour.
During the tour, he shows his ‘favourite part of the house’ which includes man of the match awards from his time at Leeds, but more importantly a photo of his memories at the club.
As part of the combination of stories, a Leeds scarf with Rutter’s face on it can be spotted as well.

Former Leeds star Rutter could have summer interest again
It was always looking likely that Rutter would leave Elland Road once the season had finished and Leeds didn’t achieve promotion.
Things could have turned out differently had the Whites got promoted, but it seems like everything is working out for all parties.
Even if he stayed on for another season, the Brighton star would’ve eventually outgrew his stay, as Rutter has been praised by Pep Guardiola.
Adding to this, the 22-year-old has been on solid form for Brighton, having eight goal involvements in the Premier League.
There is a possibility this attracts attention from bigger clubs around Europe, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to Leeds fans to see him progressing this well.
