Jordan Clarkson Out For Remainder Of 2024-25 Season

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson will miss the remainder of the 2024-25 season after undergoing a procedure to address plantar fasciitis in his left foot.

“Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson underwent a medical procedure to address plantar fasciitis in his left foot,” the team announced Thursday. “He will be out for the remainder of the season while he continues to receive treatment.”

The guard was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in November, shortly after the season began, and has been in and out of the lineup throughout the year. Clarkson suffered a torn left plantar fascia against the Miami Heat in early January, which sidelined him for three weeks.

Jordan Clarkson Out For Final Nine Games Of Season

Clarkson will be sidelined for the remainder of the year after playing just 37 games this season with the Jazz.

The former Sixth Man of the Year award winner averaged 16.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in his sixth season in Utah.

Clarkson is the longest-tenured team member and the lone holdover from the Quin Snyder, Donovan Mitchell, and Rudy Gobert era of the organization.

The guard has made 342 appearances with the Jazz, and ranks fourth all-time in three-point field goals made in Utah and seventh in points per 100 possessions.

Clarkson, who will turn 33 this summer, has one year and $14.2 million left on his contract.
