The New York Giants and Cleveland Browns are two teams that may take a quarterback in the 2025 NFL draft.
The Browns have the No. 2 pick, while the Giants hold the No. 3 pick. Miami QB Cam Ward may be unavailable for both franchises when they make their selections.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the Tennessee Titans - who have the No. 1 pick - are holding a private workout with Ward after attending his pro day on Monday (h/t ESPN's Turron Davenport).
The Giants or Browns could stand pat and take another QB, perhaps Colorado's Shedeur Sanders, or acquire another first-round pick and snag Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart. It sounds like both teams are considering the latter.

On a Thursday episode of "The Insiders," NFL Media's Ian Rapoport said the Browns and Giants have been spending a "significant amount of time" with Dart before his pro day on Friday.
The Browns, however, have interest in Sanders, who tossed 37 touchdowns in 13 starts in 2024. Per Rapoport, Cleveland plans to host a private workout with the QB.
Regardless, keeping Dart on their radars could be wise for both teams. The Giants have signed QBs Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. Neither threw for more than 2,500 passing yards in 2024.
Browns starting QB Deshaun Watson tore his Achilles for a second time in January and is expected to miss most of the season. Cleveland acquired QB Kenny Pickett in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles on March 10. Pickett has thrown 15 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions in three seasons with Philadelphia and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On his updated big board, Athlon Sports' Luke Easterling rates Dart as his No. 3 QB behind Sanders and Ward. In 13 games in 2024, he completed 69.3% of his passes for 4,279 yards and 29 TD passes.
