With five minutes left, the Lakers held a seemingly comfortable 105-92 lead. But the Bulls stormed back with an 8-0 run, cutting the deficit to just five.
The final 12 seconds were nothing short of spectacular. Patrick Williams drilled a clutch three-pointer (113-115), keeping Chicago’s hopes alive.
On the ensuing inbound play, LeBron James' pass was intercepted by Josh Giddey, who quickly found a wide-open Coby White. White buried a three to put the Bulls ahead 116-115.
The Lakers responded after a timeout, as Austin Reaves drove in for a layup, reclaiming the lead (116-117) with 3.3 seconds left. But the Bulls had one last miracle in them.
With no timeouts remaining, Giddey launched a desperation heave from half-court—and it went in. The buzzer sounded, and Chicago celebrated an unbelievable victory (119-117).
