Chelsea are keeping close tabs on 25 year old Serbian star ahead of summer window. They are joined by their Premier League rivals Manchester City in the race. The player is likely to leave his current clubs after the talks for new contract broke down.
The Blues are set for a major summer window with Enzo Maresca eyeing changes in almost all parts of the pitch. One area which the West London club needs to improve urgently is goalkeeping. Firstly, Robert Sanchez has failed to stay consistent and has costed the Blues many points this season. In addition, Filip Jorgensen still lacks experience.
On the other hand, Man City are ready to move-on from Ederson. Pep Guardiola wants a summer overhaul and the Brazilian leaving is part of his plans. Ederson is looked upon by Saudi clubs with the Sky Blues already eyeing multiple keepers as his replacement.
Chelsea & Man City both hold intetest in Serbian keeper
According to Caught Offside, AS Roma keeper Mile Svilar has stalled the talks over the new contract. He is not impressed with the new contract which may result in the club selling him this summer. The Serbian has interest from Chelsea and Man City which he is already aware of.

Roma are likely to demand €35 million for Svilar this summer. The Serbian is 25 years old and hence can be a decent addition considering the price tag. He has played 29 Serie A games this season and has registered 85 saves.
Firstly, there were reports that Chelsea will replace Sanchez this summer. Later, the new reports emerged that the Blues will not make new signings in goalkeeping department. However, the interest in Svilar comes with another twist which leaves the fans in confusion. It will be interesting to see how board approaches the summer window.
