SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz will begin their extended final road trip of the 2024-25 season on Friday night when they travel to Denver to face the Nuggets.
Utah just wrapped up a one-win, six-game homestand, including Thursday’s loss to the Houston Rockets.

Jazz Face Nuggets To Open Road Swing
The Jazz head to the Mile-High City on a quick turnaround as the Nuggets look to develop late-season momentum.
The Nuggets are just 5-5 in their last 10 games, including five absences from three-time MVP Nikola Jokic.
Denver is in third place in the West, 2.0 games behind the second-seeded Houston Rockets and 1.5 games ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies, who are tied for fourth.

Utah, meanwhile, owns the worst record in the NBA at 16-58 and has little incentive to win games before the end of the season that would jeopardize their lottery standing.
With eight games left to play, the Jazz are a half-game behind the Washington Wizards for the league’s worst record and are currently projected to select no worse than fifth in June’s NBA Draft.
Utah has lost 15 straight games on the road, their longest losing streak away from home since the 1981-82 season.
After facing the Nuggets, the Jazz will play the Charlotte Hornets, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, and Atlanta Hawks before returning home.
