Final Injury Report for Knicks-Bucks, Will Giannis Antetokounmpo Play?

The New York Knicks are on the road on Friday night as they take on the Milwaukee Bucks in an Eastern Conference showdown.

New York enters Friday's contest amid a rough stretch as they have lost five of their last 10 games and are coming off a disappointing loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.

They will now look to turn things around against a struggling Bucks team that has dropped six of their last 10 games including two straight.

Despite this, the Knicks will enter Friday's game extremely shorthanded, especially in the backcourt.

New York has ruled out their star point guard Jalen Brunson as he continues to recover from a sprained ankle that has kept him sidelined since March 6.

Not only will the Knicks be without Brunson on Friday, but they have also ruled out Cameron Payne due to an ankle injury as well as Miles McBride due to a groin injury.

This is a massive blow for the Knicks as McBride will miss his fourth consecutive game due to a left groin contusion and with Payne also out, New York will be extremely shorthanded in their backcourt.

With Brunson, McBride and Payne sidelined on Friday, expect Tyler Kolek and Delon Wright to see an increase in minutes.

On the other side, the Bucks will also be shorthanded in Friday's game and they may also be without their superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Milwaukee has listed Giannis as questionable for Friday's game due to a foot injury that kept him out of Wednesday's loss to the Denver Nuggets.

Head coach Doc Rivers has been optimistic about Giannis returning on Friday but if he is once again sidelined, expect Kyle Kuzma, Taurean Prince and Brook Lopez to have an increased role.

Milwaukee has also ruled out Damian Lillard who is out indefinitely with a blood clot and Jericho Sims will also be sidelined against the Knicks.
