Latest Four-Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft Includes 11 Longhorns

We're less than a month away from the start of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Texas had 14 players invited to the NFL Combine last month which set a school record. The Longhorns could set another program record if they have more than 11 players selected throughout the 2025 NFL Draft and the odds of that happening are quite high.

Athlon Sports NFL Draft expert Luke Easterling expects 11 Texas players to be drafted within the first round rounds. Easterling revealed his updated four-round projection on Thursday.

The first Longhorn off the board in his projection is defensive back Jahdae Barron at No. 14 overall to the Indianapolis Colts. "His combination of athleticism, intelligence and instincts would make him the perfect slot defender to eventually succeed Kenny Moore," Easterling said.

Wide receiver Matthew Golden was the next Texas player off the board at No. 20 overall to the Denver Broncos. Offensive tackle Kevin Banks Jr. was included in Easterling's first-round projection as well at No. 25 overall to the Houston Texans.

Here's a look at where the other eight Longhorns landed in Easterling's four-round mock draft:

No. 58 - Houston Texans - Alfred Collins (DL)

No. 72 - Chicago Bears - Isaiah Bond (WR)

No. 86 - Los Angeles Chargers - Gunnar Helm (TE)

No. 88 - Jacksonville Jaguars - Andrew Mukuba (S)

No. 96 - Philadelphia Eagles - Cameron Williams (OT)

No. 126 - Jacksonville Jaguars - Vernon Broughton (DL)

No. 131 - New Orleans Saints - Quinn Ewers (QB)

No. 133 - Kansas City Chiefs - Jaydon Blue (RB)

Other notable draft prospects out of Texas who could hear their name called on Day 3 include offensive lineman Hayden Conner, defensive lineman Barryn Sorrell, offensive lineman Jake Majors and wide receiver Silas Bolden among others.

The 2025 NFL Draft will begin on Thursday, April 24 at 7 p.m. CT.
