After suffering a stunning loss to the Chicago Bulls on Thursday, the Los Angeles Lakers have now lost four of their last five games. Furthermore, the Lakers are 4-6 in their last 10 games and own the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference, though they are tied with the Memphis Grizzlies in the standings.
The Lakers will have another chance to get back on track on Saturday in what will be a crucial game against the Grizzlies. This will be a big game for both teams as it will have major playoff implications. Ahead of the matchup, the Lakers made an injury announcement regarding Austin Reaves that will be worth monitoring until game time.
Reaves has mostly been healthy and available for the Lakers all season, having missed just eight games. However, the 26-year-old has popped up on the Lakers' injury report with an ankle sprain and is listed as questionable.

Now in his fourth season in the league, Reaves has turned into an important player on the Lakers' roster. This season, he is averaging 19.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
With just a couple of weeks left in the season, the Lakers will want to string together as many victories as possible and gain momentum heading into the playoffs. However, remaining healthy is arguably an even bigger priority for the Lakers. Hopefully for Los Angeles, if Reaves is unable to go against Chicago, he will make his on-court return sooner rather than later.
