Entering his 10th year in the NBA, Seth Curry continues to make his mark-not just as a sharpshooter but as a veteran voice in the Charlotte Hornets locker room. On a young team, Curry embraces the role of mentor, passing on the habits and work ethic that helped him build a career despite going undrafted.

"I lead by example-showing up every day, staying consistent," Curry shared. "It's a learning experience for me too. The game keeps evolving, and I'm learning from the younger guys every day."
Off the court, Curry remains deeply connected to his college roots at Duke. Now watching as an alum, he praised head coach Jon Scheyer's seamless transition from Coach K's longtime assistant to program leader.
"He's recruiting like crazy and putting his own stamp on the program," Curry said. "It's weird seeing him in that role, but I'm proud of him."
While his college years came before the rise of NIL deals, Curry acknowledged he would've benefitted in today's landscape. "I'd have made a couple bucks," he joked, reflecting on his transfer from Liberty to Duke and the tough decision to sit out a year.

That experience, though, helped build the mental toughness he believes is sometimes missing in today's transfer-heavy era.
Curry is currently partnering with Bush's Beans on a March Madness-themed campaign centered around family, food, and tradition. He and his wife created a dish they call "Curry Family Caviar"-a healthy take on cowboy caviar using Bush's black beans and chickpeas.
Fans can join the fun by customizing their own bean cans at yourfamonacan.com, complete with their name and a family recipe.
Cooking has become a meaningful family tradition for Curry, especially during the NCAA tournament. "It's one of the few things I can cook," he laughed. "But it's about more than food. It's about gathering around the table, catching up, and spending quality time-especially when I'm on the road so much during the season."
As for advice to younger athletes? Curry keeps it simple: "Be authentic with every opportunity, whether it's a brand partnership or an investment. Don't chase every check-because once your name is attached to something, it sticks."
