Delegation of North Macedonia's Parliament invited to visit Kyrgyzstan
AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev met with Speaker of the Parliament of North Macedonia Afrim Gashi as part of the working visit to North Macedonia on March 27.
Ruslan Kazakbaev conveyed condolences on behalf of Speaker of the Parliament Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu in connection with the tragedy in Kočani city that occurred on March 16, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
Gashi congratulated Kazakbaev on beginning his diplomatic mission in North Macedonia, expressed his readiness to provide assistance in expanding and deepening political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
The sides discussed issues of intensifying and expanding bilateral inter-parliamentary and inter-party cooperation, including through the establishment and intensification of cooperation between inter-parliamentary friendship groups, as well as expanding the legal framework between the two countries.
The Ambassador told the Speaker of the Parliament of North Macedonia about the political changes being carried out in Kyrgyzstan. The North Macedonian side was told about the resolution of the border issue between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Kazakbaev, on behalf of the Speaker of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, invited A. Gashi and the delegation of the Parliament of North Macedonia to visit Kyrgyzstan.
