Everton are gearing up for their Premier League return next week with an away trip to Liverpool.

David Moyes has seen his international players return from their respective national squads with training underway at Finch Farm.

There has been some real positive news for the Blues over recent days with Iliman Ndiaye spotted in Everton training.

The Toffees have been suffering from injury issues all season long and have been without their two main creative sparks under most of Moyes’s tenure.

Dwight McNeil has also returned to Everton training ahead of the Merseyside Derby on Wednesday evening.

However, there is another player who has really impressed at Everton’s Finch Farm ahead of the game at Anfield.

Armando Broja stuns in Everton training ahead of Liverpool

During the international break, Armando Broja has really impressed Albania fans who saw him play twice for their national side.

It’s certainly been a difficult campaign for the striker who has become a bit of an outcast on Merseyside due to his injury issues.

On Friday, the club released some footage of a stunning goal scored by the 23-year-old after his recent return from injury.

Broja cheekily chipped the outrushing goalkeeper in what was a finish most of the top strikers in Europe would have been proud of.

After losing to England, Broja said he was feeling fit on the back of what was one of his first outings after making his comeback.

Broja needs a huge end to the season at Everton

Back in January, Everton tried to send Broja back to Chelsea following his latest injury issue suffered in the FA Cup.

The Londoners were not willing to take their striker back for the remainder of the term, but Broja has been handed a new opportunity.

Broja’s injury was not as serious as first feared and the striker now has one final chance to prove himself on Merseyside.

Replacing Beto in the starting XI may be a stretch, but Broja has shown in recent international games that he is looking sharp.

Moyes will be loving what he has seen from the striker in training, too.
