‘Angry’ Stefon Diggs Seeks Revenge vs. Bills?

Former All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs made it clear last off-season that any bridge that connected him with the Buffalo Bills over the last four seasons needed to be erased.

Buffalo shipped Diggs to the Houston Texans last offseason as a way to start fresh. After a year that saw the 31-year-old receiver tear an ACL, though, the veteran has signed a new deal with the Bills' top rival in the New England Patriots.

No one is truly aware of how things ended so poorly for Diggs in Buffalo.

What is clear, though, is that there is no love lost for the receiver and his old home. And that's something former Patriots stars like Super Bowl MVP Julien Edelman are thrilled to see in New England's top receiver in 2025.

"I like Stefon Diggs in New England," Edelman said. "Because Stefon Diggs is still (mad) at the Bills. So there's gonna be hunger and there's gonna be urgency and there's gonna be a fire under his (butt) in the meeting room when he's in New England at practice, which they could use a little fire under their (butt) in that receiver room."

Revenge, eh? Sounds fun.

Buffalo was able to reach the conference championship game without Diggs last season, thanks to Josh Allen winning the league's MVP award and a defense that stepped up when they needed to most.

With Diggs back in the AFC East, though, there's a clear sign that the Bills and Patriots' rivalry will be back to an intense fight both on and off the field.
