Declan Rice's perfect Bukayo Saka response after David Raya's Arsenal'time wasting'comment

Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has spoken on behalf of all Gunners as he sent a perfect message to Bukayo Saka after he hinted at an impending return from injury.

Saka has not played for the Gunners this year after suffering a hamstring injury during the game vs Crystal Palace back in December. Following his unwanted setback, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta was blamed in some circles for the injury after being deemed to have over-used the Academy graduate.

Due to the extent of the injury, it was hinted by Arteta that March would be the earliest we could see Saka back on the pitch. However, this month has nearly passed, and we haven't seen the England star in competitive action.

Fortunately for those who thought Saka might have suffered a setback, the forward posted on his Instagram this week: "Hello again," with a picture of himself smiling during training. Reflecting the delight of all Arsenal fans, Rice would comment on the post: "We ready [love heart eyes emoji]."

Meanwhile, goalkeeper David Raya jokingly suggested that he was becoming impatient by the lack of a return by replying: "Stop wasting my time [hourglass emoji]." Exactly when Saka will be thrust back into action for Arsenal is unclear considering the extent of his injury.

Arteta is due to speak to the media on Monday ahead of Tuesday night's home match with Fulham in the Premier League. It is expected that he will address Saka's injury and return during the press conference. An educated guess would be that Saka will return as a substitute before he starts a match for the Gunners.

Of course, the club have Real Madrid on the horizon in their Champions League quarter-final.
