The NBA world has been on fire with LeBron James content throughout the past week. After James made an appearance on Wednesday's edition of the "Pat McAfee Show" and took jabs at multiple different people in the media, a lot of conversation has been taking place.
Of course, the feud between James and Stephen A. Smith continues to be alive and well. However, another surprising name was brought up by James.
In his conversation with Pat McAfee, James took a shot at ESPN NBA reporter Brian Windhorst. The Los Angeles Lakers' star called Windhorst "weird," among other small jabs.
That surprise many in the NBA, as Windhorst has always been a supportive reporter when it comes to his coverage of James.
Following the shade from James, Windhorst has now spoken out to set the record straight about his relationship with "The King."
"LeBron doesn't owe me anything, I owe him a lot," Windhorst said. "Just know, I met LeBron 25 years ago. And my understanding of LeBron and where people stand in his life has been crystal clear."

James has received some hefty criticism for the way he lashed out in the McAfee interview. Charles Barkley had some tough words about his thoughts on the matter.
"I've always liked LeBron, but him being a bully, it turned me off," Barkley said. "But I will say this, Stephen A., the way he reacted, was so lame and weak."
Andrew Marchand from The Athletic also fired back at James for his attack on Windhorst.
"Windhorst has never said that," Marchand wrote on X. "He has covered LeBron for a long time. Weak sauce from LeBron."
