There is a clear and obvious need for the Buffalo Bills to deal with heading into the 2025 Draft. Defensive line and secondary concerns are all on the top of the issues Buffalo has to figure out.
As the Bills get closer to the start of the draft, though, there may be another position that they have to figure out at the current time.
And one analyst expects the team to focus on an underrated need for the roster moving forward...at receiver of all places.
"There are legitimate needs for Buffalo on the defensive line and in the secondary, but adding an offensive weapon is important," Jordan Dahani of CBS Sports said. "It's incredible that Allen had an MVP campaign after losing Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Khalil Shakir was the Bills' leading receiver with 821 yards, but that ranked 40th in the NFL! Buffalo drafted Keon Coleman in the second round and added Amari Cooper at the trade deadline, but both averaged under 43 receiving yards per game."
Buffalo added Joshua Palmer to add to their trio with Coleman and Shakir this offseason.
As the Bills prepare for their early draft process, receiver has been something few people truly believe they will focus on going into the start of a new offseason.
But with a reigning league MVP in Josh Allen, the Bills believe should be ready to go whether they focus their effort on the defensive side of the ball, or the receiver position to begin with.
They have plenty of time to figure it out as well.
