Eddie Howe celebrates with the League Cup trophy
Hundreds of thousands of Newcastle United fans are still reeling after an incredible day celebrating the historic Carabao Cup win.
It was one of the biggest events in the city's history, with an incredible 300,000 people descending on the streets of Newcastle city centre to get a glimpse of the players on an open-top bus parade and heading to the Town Moor for a replay of the iconic Wembley match followed by appearances from special guests and finished off with a spectacular Sela light show.
Ant and Dec were among the fans who came to the city for the occasion, with the crowds full of supporters young and old from all walks of life - a true testament to the power of football. Some had even travelled from far and wide, with one fan coming all the way from South Korea to be a part of the day that will go down in Newcastle's history.
This was a day to remember for all NUFC supporters from start to finish, with Eddie Howe describing the scenes as "mind-blowing" as Newcastle turned into a sea of black and white. Re-live some of the key moments from the day in our photo gallery below.
