Final Injury Report Before New York Knicks-Portland Trail Blazers

On Sunday night, the New York Knicks will look to build on their most recent victory, a 116-107 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. All signs point to the Knicks winning on Sunday as they host the Portland Trail Blazers, who looked solid in January and Febuary but are curretly riding a three-game losing streak and look destined for the NBA Draft Lottery.

While the Knicks have been without their best player, Jalen Brunson, for the last 11 games, he is not the only player listed on the Knicks injury report. However, on the other side of the matchup, the Trail Blazers will also be incredibly shorthanded.

Here are the final updated injury reports for both teams ahead of tipoff.

Injury Reports

Knicks

Ariel Hukporti, knee (OUT)

Jalen Brunson, ankle (OUT)

Cameron Payne, ankle (OUT)

Miles McBride, groin (OUT)

Kevin McCullar Jr., knee (QUESTIONABLE)

Trail Blazers

Robert Williams III, shoulder (OUT)

Bryce McGowens, rib (OUT)

Deandre Ayton, calf (OUT)

Scoot Henderson, head (OUT)

Jerami Grant, knee (OUT)

Anfernee Simons, arm (QUESTIONABLE)

Despite missing Brunson, the Knicks are eight-point favorites according to FanDuel. Portland entered the season with no delusions have had a winning season, and despite a surprising winter push, they will miss the playoffs. Meanwhile, the Knicks are legitimate Finals contenders.

Tipoff is scheduled for 6:00 PM EST in Madison Square Garden, and the game will be broadcast locally on MSG Network with streaming available for out-of-market fans on NBA League Pass.
