Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly planning on making an opening offer for Hugo Ekitike to test Eintracht Frankfurt’s stance.
According to Caught Offside, Hugo Ekitike is emerging as a big target for Premier League clubs around the summer window, as Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool plan on making opening offers. The Premier League giants are reportedly willing to table €60 million to test Eintracht Frankfurt’s resolve on their striker.
Premier League clubs are increasingly making a top striker their priority ahead of the summer. There might be a domino effect based on which teams can sign specific names in the market, which in turn, would point to the alternative names teams would like to sign as their new No.9.
For instance, a host of clubs are chasing Hugo Ekitike, including Liverpool, although the Frenchman is not particularly seen as a priority target for most teams. The Merseysiders are reportedly open to selling Darwin Nunez, and they are chasing Alexander Isak on priority alongside Arsenal.
