**Will Greenberg's promotion**
When the Bills finalized their 2025 coaching staff, Will Greenberg was named head strength and conditioning coach following the departure of Eric Ciano.
Greenberg has been with the Bills since 2017 as part of the strength and conditioning staff and now takes on the role of head strength and conditioning coach.
McDermott expressed his confidence in Greenberg but also acknowledged that it is not easy for a coach in their first season and that is why he is surrounded by a senior staff.
"There's going to be some natural blind spots, as there was for all of us in our first season, and he's got a senior staff around him, which should help as well," McDermott said.
