One of Chelsea’s Premier League rivals look ready to prioritise a move for Noni Madueke this summer.
Madueke has been one of Chelsea‘s star players this season. The winger has made 28 appearances and scored eight goals for the Blues.
He has been a very important figure for Enzo Maresca. Yet Madueke is being heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
It has been claimed that Aston Villa believe Madueke will be obtainable in the upcoming transfer window, though they could face competition from another English club for his signature.

Newcastle set to make Noni Madueke a priority
As well as the Villans, Newcastle United are also thought to be keen on Madueke.
Newcastle wanted to sign Madueke last summer, and it looks like their interest in the 23-year-old has not gone away.
In fact, according to GiveMeSport, Madueke is set to become a key target for the Magpies as they look to bolster their attacking options.
At present, Chelsea are only two points above Newcastle in the Premier League table, and Eddie Howe’s men have a game in hand.

Simply put, Newcastle have become a rival for Champions League qualification to Chelsea. With that in mind, selling Madueke to them may not be the wisest decision.

Chelsea not against Noni Madueke leaving
Despite Newcastle and Villa finding themselves as Chelsea’s direct rivals these days, it looks like they could still have the opportunity to sign one of the Blues’ best players.
It is thought that Chelsea will allow Madueke to leave west London this summer, which is great news if you are Newcastle or Villa.
The England international has really improved this season. You can see that from the number of goals that he has scored compared to last term.
