David Moyes could make one change to his Everton side as they return to domestic action with a Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
The international break potentially came at a bad time for the Toffees, who have been in excellent form under the management of Moyes, unbeaten in nine games.
Several Everton players were in action over the international break, although Vitaliy Mykolenko picked up an injury when he was away, which could rule him out of the Anfield showdown on Wednesday.

Ashley Young could receive Everton recall
Given how good Everton’s form was before the break, the boss won’t be eager to make too many changes to his starting line-up.
Naturally, Jordan Pickford is expected to retain his place between the sticks, having continued to be a regular part of the Toffees team this season.

Jake O’Brien is a player reborn under the management of Moyes and these days is an undroppable name on the teamsheet. The defender also scored a late equaliser for his side last time around and will be hoping to have a similar impact.
He is likely to be joined by James Tarkowski, Jarrad Branthwaite and Ashley Young.
Young has had to settle to try and be the difference from the bench under Moyes’ management, but Mykolenko may not be involved due to injury, which could open the door.
Idrissa Gana Gueye and James Garner are expected to retain their places in the midfield.
Garner was the most accurate passer [FotMob] in the 1-1 draw with West Ham, while Gueye provided nine passes into the final third, and both players will be eager to stamp their authority at Anfield.
Beto needs to step up for Everton
Carlos Alcaraz has settled into life at Goodison Park well, and he is expected to stay in the side alongside Abdoulaye Doucoure and Jack Harrison on the other side.
Harrison is yet to discover what the future holds for him past the end of his loan, but if he wants to increase his chances of a permanent Everton move, he has to show what he can do now.
Beto has certainly stepped up his performances since Moyes arrived in Merseyside and he now has six goals for the campaign.
Manager Goals
Sean Dyche 1
David Moyes 5
Beto has improved under Moyes.
However, the striker has not scored in his last three games, and just because Dominic Calvert-Lewin is out injured, it does not mean he can get too comfortable.
