Mason Greenwood's Marseille struggles continued after he was handed a TWO out of ten rating and branded 'non-existent' following his performance against Reims on Saturday.
The 23-year-old forward joined Roberto De Zerbi's side from Manchester United for £26.7million last July and he hit the ground running in Ligue 1, scoring five goals in his first three appearances.

While he didn't find the net in each of his next four matches, Greenwood was performing at a high level and it was a matter of time before his goal output returned. In fact, he went on a run of netting five times in eight games before the end of 2024 and had established himself as one of the league's best players.
Greenwood bagged two goals and provided two assists in four matches in January but even he noticed a drop off in form then, saying: "I think I can do a lot better. I started very well and then I eased off a bit. I hope to get back to my best level and maintain it." It was a rare admission that suggested a slowdown.
And Greenwood has since fallen even further, having scored just three times across his last nine Ligue 1 appearances. He dropped down to the bench for matches against Lens and Paris Saint-Germain before the international break and was criticised by some for his work-rate.
Even though De Zerbi recalled Greenwood to his starting XI to face Reims on Saturday, he was unable to prevent his side from falling to a damaging 3-1 defeat. Former England star Greenwood flattered to deceive against Reims and was handed a TWO out of ten rating by L'Equipe for his display.

The French newspaper also said that Greenwood was 'non-existent' at Stade Auguste-Delaune. Throughout the match, Greenwood had five shots, made two key passes and completed two dribbles. He had a pass success rate of 86.5 per cent and attempted 37 passes.
This is the second time in a matter of weeks that Greenwood has been slapped with a two rating, after a disappointing performance off the bench against Lens.
Greenwood will be hoping to rediscover his scoring touch when Marseille host Toulouse next Sunday in a crucial Ligue 1 clash. De Zerbi's side have fallen down to third in the table after three straight losses.
The ex-Brighton boss took extreme measures to punish his players after they were beaten at Reims, who had gone 15 matches without a win before their game against Marseille. La Provence reported that De Zerbi refused to let his squad go home and ordered them to sleep at the club's training ground.
