Nuno Espirito Santo has admitted Chris Wood is a major doubt for the game, after injuring his hip on international duty with New Zealand.
The hosts' top scorer missed the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final success at Brighton & Hove Albion, as Forest progressed via a penalty shootout.
"Let's wait and see," he said. "It is going to be day by day we have to assess him.
"It is all about the pain he has. It was a big impact on his hip and it is very painful. We have to assess him."
Meanwhile, Morgan Gibbs-White was withdrawn moments before the end of extra-time, after earlier colliding with a post.
"We are going to assess him," added Espirito Santo. "He had a big contact against the post. His leg was not okay and he was struggling."
Back-up keeper Carlos Miguel has also picked up an injury.
