ANDONI Iraola said the penalty awarded to Manchester City in the first half against the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) in the FA Cup on Sunday was one he would ‘never give’.
The visitors were awarded a spot kick after 11 minutes, a clipped pass from Bernardo Silva striking Tyler Adams’ arm.
Erling Haaland’s penalty was saved by Kepa Arrizabalaga, but Iraola said afterwards that he ‘doesn’t like’ penalties awarded for such incidents.
“I think it's a natural position but, in the end, Kepa saved it,” he said.
“It doesn't affect a lot the result.
“But it's true that is this kind of penalties that I would never give. I would never call the penalty because everyone can see that he doesn't do it on purpose.
“He doesn't do it to take any advantage. The alternative to this is play with the hands behind the back and it has happened more times this season.”
