Arsenal might find it tough to deliver to their fans their first Premier League title since 2004, with Mikel Arteta’s men currently trailing leaders Liverpool by a massive 12 points before the international break. What they can do for their supporters though, is help them find the love of their life at the Emirates Stadium, their home ground in London, with the ‘Gunners’ having announcing the launch of their own dating show recently.

How Arsenal aims to bring single fans together
The plan is for two fans to meet on a blind date at a local venue before attending an Arsenal game together. Applicants for the dating show have been asked to list their preferences for a partner including preferred age, height, etc. and will also explain what made them “fall in love with Arsenal”. Applicants also need to be British citizens above 18 years of age.
“Match days at Emirates Stadium are a time to connect with the beautiful game – and each other. It’s for this reason that we’re launching a new dating show that celebrates how a shared love of football can prove a catalyst for an even deeper romance.
“We are calling on our single supporters in the UK to apply to be part of the production, which will involve attending a blind date with a fellow Gooner centred around an Arsenal game,” read a statement from the the north London club.
Those hoping to find a match on the show, however, have been warned they cannot discuss their participation with “any person” unless they obtain a written consent from the club.
According to talkSPORT, 11 April has been set as the deadline for Arsenal fans to apply for the show.
The Premier League returns to action on Tuesday, 1 April with Arsenal facing Fulham at home in the mid-week fixture.
