Manchester United’s U18 side is in action on Monday night for the FA Youth Cup semi-final against Aston Villa.

It was the one that got away last season for Adam Lawrence’s treble-winning academy side, so it was always the major target this season.

Manchester United’s FA Youth Cup campaign has been a huge success, with wins over Coventry, Preston, Chelsea, and Arsenal paving the way for Monday’s massive semi-final battle against Villa.

Over the international break, there was much debate over what kind of team Lawrence would have, and now, ahead of the game, United seem certain to have Chido Obi involved.

Obi needs one goal to break Alejandro Garnacho’s Youth Cup goal tally record. He will be flanked by some of the best talent the club has to offer.
