Boulaye Dia will start the Lazio attack against Torino, while Nuno Tavares rests, making room for Elseid Hysaj at right back.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
Lazio are fighting for a Champions League spot being just five points below fourth-placed Bologna in the Serie A standings.
Their leading scorer, Castellanos, is unavailable, so Noslin starts in attack. Patric and Ibrahimovic are also injured, while Matias Vecino is suspended.
Portuguese left-back Nuno Tavares is not fully fit and is not even on the Lazio bench, so Adam Marusic and Hysaj get the nod as full-backs.
Torino look to Scotland international Ché Adams in attack.
Schuurs, Zapata, Ilkhan, Nije, and Salama are out of action for the Granata, who are unbeaten in the last four Serie A games, having won three and drawn one.
Football Italia will be covering the game with a live commentary.
Below are the official line-ups for Lazio-Torino
Lazio (4-2-3-1): Provedel; Hysaj, Gigot, Romagnoli, Marusic; Guendouzi, Rovella; Isaksen, Pedro, Zaccagni; Dia.
Torino (4-2-3-1): Milinkovic-Savic; Walukiewicz, Coco, Maripan, Biraghi; Casadei, Ricci; Lazaro, Vlasic, Elmas; Adams.
