Elon Musk claims he paid influencer Ashley St Clair millions amid paternity row

Tech magnate Elon Musk claimed he paid $2.5 million in child support to influencer Ashley St Clair, who alleges she is the mother of his 13th child, even as he questioned the paternity of the 6-month-old boy.

"I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed," Musk wrote on his social media platform X on March 31.

"Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year," he added.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO was responding to a video posted by far-right activist Laura Loomer of St Clair selling her Tesla Model S, reportedly to make up for a "60 percent cut" in child support from Musk.

In the clip, St Clair accused Musk of financially retaliating against her for speaking out. "That’s his modus operandi, when women speak out," she said.

Musk denied the accusation but did not clarify whether he had reduced payments. Loomer chimed back with advice to sue for full custody of the child.

"Everyone can see she is not being honest. Very generous of you to give her that much money after how disrespectful she’s been to you," the conservative commentator told Musk.

Hours later, St Clair responded on X, stating that the billionaire had refused to confirm paternity through a DNA test.

"Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born," St Clair wrote.

"And you weren’t sending me money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for disobedience," she continued. "But you’re really only punishing your son."
