76ers Get Good News on 6-Time All-Star

The Philadelphia 76ers have had a very underwhelming season after being set with high expectations coming into the year. Injuries have cost them their season, and the biggest blow has been to their big three of Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul George. Embiid and George have been ruled out for the season, while Maxey has been dealing with a hand injury over the past few weeks, which has led him to be sidelined.

Not only have the stars been hurt, but most of the regular rotation is dealing with some type of injury, causing them to miss time as well.

One of those players who has been sidelined is Kyle Lowry, but he recently received a positive update on his status in the 76ers next game, according to Adam Aaronson of the Philly Voice.

"Kyle Lowry, who turned 39 last week, has been upgraded to questionable. Lowry has not played since Feb. 9 due to a right hip issue which has plagued him for the vast majority of the season, but he could make his return to the action in New York," Aaronson wrote.

Though the season is almost over, having a veteran available on the floor is big for the 76ers, especially since they've been playing young guys for most of the season due to injuries.

Lowry is averaging 4.0 points per game this season for the 76ers and has played in 33 games.
