Premier League club reveals price tag for Liverpool target

Premier League side AFC Bournemouth have disclosed their price tag for a Liverpool target, defender Milos Kerkez.

The Hungarian left-back is one of the names that has been heavily linked as a transfer target for Liverpool this season. This has led his home club to fix a price tag for the young fullback.

The 21-year-old is left with three years on his current deal on the South Coast, and he has turned up as a highly rated potential signing for the Reds.

Price tag set for Liverpool target

The Cherries have reportedly fixed a price tag of £45 million on Milos Kerkez, and would only be open to negotiations if they receive the full transfer fee upfront.

As per AnythingLFC on X, “Bournemouth have put a price tag of £45 million on Milos Kerkez after Liverpool showed an interest in signing the left back.”

It continued, “Bournemouth want a straight cash deal and would not be interested in Caoimhin Kelleher.”

There were rumours that Andoni Iraola’s men were potentially linked with Kelleher, and suggestions even arose that Liverpool might try to include a player in a deal for Kerkez but Bournemouth have made their position known.

While the Premier League high flyers are not in a position where they need to offload players in the summer, one of the top executives at the club has insisted they will not prevent a player from making the most of an opportunity.

Kerkez’s price tag is a high amount for a Liverpool target and the Reds have not paid that much on any full back in recent times with Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas costing just £8 million and £11.75 million respectively.

However, if the Reds push for their target and sign him, the age, potential and experience of the Hungarian international show that he should be good value for money to the club.
