There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Atalanta are the latest club to show interest in Fenerbahce attacker Sebastian Szymanski.
The Poland international has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest in the past week as the Premier League side look to add to their squad ahead of next season.
Fotomac report on the latest developments regarding the future of Szymanski at Fenerbahce and they say despite Jose Mourinho being an admirer of the player they are open to selling.
According to Fotomac, Atalanta have joined Nottingham Forest in the race to sign the 25-year-old ahead of the next transfer window. Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan and Napoli have also been linked in previous reports coming out of Turkey.
The Turkish media outlet goes on to say Fenerbahce will sit down for transfer talks if any of the interested club puts a €20m offer on the table. There were initial claims the Istanbul side were looking for €25m.
Szymanski has made 42 appearances for Fener this season, scoring five goals. He’s contracted to the Yellow Canaries until June 2027.
