Colin Cowherd Makes A Big Playoff Prediction About The Celtics

The Boston Celtics entered this season as the reigning champions and biggest threat to the rest of the league.

But are they still the top team to beat?

According to Colin Cowherd, the answer to that is a definitive yes.

Speaking on his show, Cowherd said the Celtics “play hard” and “coach hard” and might be impossible to slow down.

“I don’t think anybody beats Boston,” Cowherd said, per The Volume.

Cowherd’s guest, Jason Timpf, mostly agreed with him, noting that Boston has a “culture” that pursues “the great shot over the good shot.”

He said the greatness of the team comes from the top down and every person involved in the organization is on the same page and working toward an identical goal.

Even when they are without their biggest star, the Celtics still rule.

That was obvious the other night when Jayson Tatum didn’t play and the Celtics made easy work of the Phoenix Suns.

The Celtics are currently the second-best team in the East with a 56-19 record, but many analysts believe they have what it takes to go all the way to the NBA Finals again.

The Cleveland Cavaliers may be ahead of them in the standings, but no one is counting Boston out, especially since they have gone 9-1 in their last 10 games.

Every member of their team is experienced and proven, their coaching staff is top-notch, and the front office has been managing them expertly for years.

There are so many reasons why everyone else should fear the Boston Celtics, and they could be just months away from winning back-to-back championships.
