The Los Angeles Lakers have won three of four games headed toward the 2025 NBA Playoffs with Luka Doncic in tow as the second superstar to the NBA's all-time leading scorer LeBron James.
The only loss during that stretch came to the Chicago Bulls on a wild half-court buzzer beater by Josh Giddey that deflated James and Doncic's hopes for a second straight win at the time.
On Tuesday, footage of an expert level defensive move by Doncic began going viral as he showed his ability to be 100% still in the face of difficulties on the court vs. one of the Bulls' better players.
"Luka was not falling for that 2K pump fake," the X account NBA Memes wrote along with a crying and laughing symbol.
They shared rare footage of Doncic barely flinching as Josh Giddey of the Bulls attempted to hit him with a pump fake that came in a flash.
Doncic's superior confidence and ability to stay disciplined during the chaos was on full display in the video, which was seen over 4.4 million times on Tuesday afternoon.
