The celebration as Super Bowl champions has come and gone for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Now, they need to do whatever they can to repeat that success throughout the 2025 offseason. While some teams rest on their laurels following a Super Bowl title, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has made sure that won't be happening to his team.
Especially with the leaders already on the roster.
"We're to a point now where the celebration is over," said Sirianni. "The celebration of the Super Bowl is over … but our preparation is here. Celebration is over, preparation is here, and there's nothing like getting back in there and starting to work again.
"With our team, and the leaders that we have on this football team, if you're not busting your butt and giving everything you've got, you'll be exposed. That's why we value these guys so much. Try not to work hard in front of Saquon Barkley or Jalen Hurts, and they'll be on you."

Leadership in the organization has always been key for the Eagles. It's why they have reached the Super Bowl twice in the last three seasons.
Sirianni isn't a slouch either when it comes to managing his team. The head coach has the second most wins in his first four seasons at the helm of the organization in league history.
As Philadelphia looks to repeat, though, having the team in the right mindset is critical.
And that is what makes Sirianni's message so important moving forward.
