Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce has built quite a reputation for being a resident funny man. While the seven-time Pro Bowler will be mostly remembered for being one of the best to ever do it on the football field, there's also no denying that Kelce's comedic talents have allowed him to stand out in his post-NFL career as a broadcaster and TV personality.
This is also why fans might be curious to know what the 37-year-old had in store for April Fools' Day. As it turns out, Kelce did not disappoint.
According to an Instagram post by Garage Beer, which is a company that has both Jason Kelce and his brother Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs listed as majority owners, the former Eagles star sent an email to an unwitting employee telling them that they were "fired."
Kelce quickly took it back by saying that it was an April Fools' Day prank in the next line of the email, but it still gave the said employee a proper scare.
"Someone tell my boss this isn't funny," the post read.

For added emphasis, Kelce, who is listed as a member of the quality assurance team for Garage Beer, even had "URGENT!" written on the subject of the email.
The good news here is that it was all a prank and no one got fired on April 1st -- at least that we know of.
