Warriors’ Stephen Curry Makes NBA History During Grizzlies Game

The Golden State Warriors are on the road on Tuesday night taking on the Memphis Grizzlies in a crucial Western Conference showdown.

Of course, with a victory, the Warriors would pass the Grizzlies for fifth in the Western Conference standings and would also secure the tiebreaker between the two teams.

Golden State had a great start to the game as they led Memphis 45-32 after the first quarter. The Grizzlies then stormed back in the second quarter, outscoring the Warriors 34-29 to cut the lead to eight at halftime.

Despite the Grizzlies' comeback, they have not had an answer for Warriors superstar center Stephen Curry as he has gone off in the first half.

Curry led the way for the Warriors in the first half as he recorded 32 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals while shooting 11-16 from the field and 8-10 from three-point range.

With this performance, Curry became the oldest player in NBA history to record 30 points, five rebounds and five assists in a single half.

This is another incredible game for the 37-year-old future Hall of Famer as he continues to be one of the top players in the NBA.

Jimmy Butler recorded 15 points, four rebounds and four assists in the first half while Quentin Posts added nine points off the bench.

Of course, the Warriors will need Curry and the rest of their roster to continue to play well if they want to take down the Grizzlies in what is a huge matchup regarding the seeding in the Western Conference.

With Curry already having a record setting first half, he may put together an even more historic performance by the end of the game.
