Steph Curry continues to defy logic. The Golden State Warriors superstar delivered yet another masterclass Tuesday night, torching the Memphis Grizzlies for 52 points in a crucial 134-125 victory.
Curry shot an astonishing 12-for-20 from beyond the arc, tying the second-most threes he has ever made in a game and coming within two of Klay Thompson's NBA record.
The win also pushed the Warriors into a tie with Memphis at 44-31, with Golden State holding the tiebreaker for the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference playoff race.
Yet after another night of jaw-dropping shot-making, the two-time MVP admitted he only needed one thing after the game: ice.
"I feel good physically," Curry told ESPN's Scott Van Pelt. "I might need a little extra ice postgame."

At 36, the four-time NBA champion continues to defy Father Time, but even the greatest shooters need recovery time.
Curry's dominance wasn't just about the long ball. He stuffed the stat sheet, becoming just the third player in NBA history to record at least 50 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and five steals in a single game. Only Rick Barry and Anthony Davis have accomplished the feat before him.
Golden State's victory was a statement win in a tight playoff race. With the regular season winding down, every game matters and Curry's heroics helped the Warriors gain a critical advantage. As the postseason approaches, one thing is clear-if Curry stays hot, the Warriors remain a dangerous contender. They just need to make sure he gets enough ice along the way.
