Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry and Denver Nuggets star center Nikola Jokic made joint history on Tuesday, April 1, which was a night to remember in the NBA.
Curry started off the evening by dropping 52 points, including 12 made 3-point field goals, complemented by 10 rebounds and eight assists in a road victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Jokic followed up that performance with a career-high 61 points in a double-overtime thriller that the Nuggets lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves by a single point via a couple of made free throws with 0.1 seconds remaining on the clock. The Denver big man added 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
Curry's and Jokic's stat line accomplishments were unique to this decade, according to a social media post from StatMuse following Tuesday night's slate of games.
