Everton are in need of a big summer of transfers, but one of their reported targets has now made a decision on who his next club will be.
The Friedkins are preparing for their first summer window since taking over on Merseyside back in December.
With considerable player turnover expected, Everton are to be handed a significant transfer budget to bolster their squad.
David Moyes is hoping PSR will not be an issue once again this summer after what turned out to be a quiet January transfer window for the club.
However, a decision has already been made on one player’s future, with Everton keen to secure his services this summer.

Sunderland’s Tommy Watson decides whether to join Everton or Brighton
In January, Everton showed a real interest in Tommy Watson with his future on Wearside under speculation.
The exciting youngster has been receiving interest from the Premier League after showcasing his talents in the Championship.
But on Tuesday evening, it was announced that an agreement had been struck between Brighton & Hove Albion and Sunderland for his transfer.

Watson will depart the Stadium of Light this summer in a deal believed to be worth around £10m.
It is not typical to see a summer transfer agreed on the first day in April, but Watson was clearly determined to make the move to the South Coast.
Everton are now eyeing a move for Ben Doak, with the Blues not looking to waste any time on players who are not certain on joining.
There is still plenty of time before the summer transfer window opens for business, and the Friedkins are putting plans in place
Everton will need to sign new wingers
Moyes has wanted Everton to sign a new forward since the moment he arrived back in January.
There has not been a great deal of success coming off the wing for Everton recently with the two on-loan wide players leaving a lot to be desired.
Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom have been asked for more by Moyes in recent weeks with just one goal between them this season.
In the absence of Iliman Ndiaye, the 61-year-old will have wanted the pair to step up, but neither really have in terms of their goal contributions.
With goals coming few and far between in the last three games, Everton’s lack of attacking threat from the wide positions has really stood out.
