Nottingham Forest claimed a dogged 1-0 win over Manchester United at the City Ground to cement their position in the top five of the Premier League.
The win didn’t come without some negatives, though.
The team-sheet didn’t include Chris Wood or Callum Hudson-Odoi when it was released prior to kick-off, with both players ruled out of the clash.
Furthermore, just 39 minutes were on the clock when Ola Aina went down unchallenged and was forced to leave the field through injury.
After the game, Nuno Espirito Santo provided an update on the three injured players and it might not be positive news.

Ola Aina drops major injury hint
After every win, Aina can often be found filming the team in the dressing room as the celebration gets underway.
Forest will be seriously gutted if Aina is out for any period of time. He’s been brilliant this season and has been a mainstay in the Reds team.
After the game, Aina filmed Neco Williams and Ryan Yates dancing around the dressing room and in his space, some crutches could be spotted.

Naturally, he wasn’t using them but the fact that the medical team even had to dig some out is cause for concern.
Aina’s contract situation has been up in the air and it is hoped that the scan results on the Nigerian are positive.

Forest would be left seriously short of options at right-back if Aina is out for a prolonged period.
Against United, Williams moved over to the right, but it’s fair to say that he’s been far more impactful on the left-hand side.

Forest will hope that they don’t have to cross the bridge when it comes to being without Aina, with the scan results likely to come this week.
The 27-year-old has set the tone for Forest this season and it’s vital that he’s available to Espirito Santo for the final eight games of the campaign.
