It wasn't the ending to the 2024 NFL season that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills were hoping for, once again falling to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Yet Allen still had arguably the best year of his career, winning his first NFL MVP and earning himself a six-year, $330 million contract extension. He also became engaged to his girlfriend, actress Hailee Steinfeld.
Outside of the engagement, Steinfeld is having a big year as well, getting set for her new movie, "Sinners," to release on April 18. The film is directed and produced by Ryan Coogler and features actor Michael B. Jordan, both of whom had huge roles in Marvel's "Black Panther."
Steinfeld is a Marvel actress herself, starring as Kate Bishop in the 2021 Disney Plus series "Hawkeye." Although her character was recruited to join a team of superheroes at the end of "The Marvels," Steinfeld was notably left off the long list of cast members for "Avengers: Doomsday."
However, during a recent "Sinners" event, a fan asked Steinfeld if "we will see Kate Bishop in the Avengers?" While looking at someone else, she nodded immediately after the question.

Even though Steinfeld may have been nodding a different person, some fans are convinced that the actress has confirmed her appearance in an upcoming Avengers movie. They took to social media to leave their thoughts.
"Ms Marvel or Hawkeye confirmed," one fan said.
"We get Josh Allen's wife in an avengers movie. Nice," wrote a second.
"Love her for this because if marvel won't announce her somebody has to," added another.
"Her face of instant regret, she's 100% in it," chimed in a fourth.
"YEEES YEEES KATE BISHOP RETURNS!" commented a fifth.
"Wow Kate Bishop in Avengers?!? Yaaaassss!!" posted a sixth.
With two "Avengers" movies coming out in one year ("Doomsday" 2026 and "Secret Wars" 2027), it certainly seems like a real possibility Steinfeld could make her way into one of them. But fans will have to wait and find out, as Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige likes to keep future projects under wraps.
Still, based on the ending of "The Marvels," a "Young Avengers" project could be in the works, and Steinfeld would likely be one of the stars.
