Mohammed Kudus was absent from the West Ham squad in the defeat against Wolves on Tuesday.
The Hammers travelled to Molineux on 1 April and fell to a 1-0 defeat against Vitor Pereira’s side in a dismal performance in the Black Country.
A Jorgen Strand Larsen strike after just 21 minutes was enough to secure three points as Graham Potter was forced to play without the Ghana international.
The 24-year-old’s absence from the defeat has seen a transfer development emerge from the London Stadium, which could see the versatile forward leave.

Kudus in £85m Saudi Arabia transfer update
The former Ajax man has had a largely poor season under both Potter and Julen Lopetegui, where his goal output has dried up.

In his first campaign in East London, the attacker picked up 20 goals and assists in all competitions but has registered just five this time around.
That could see the Irons look to cut their losses with the Ghanian as they look to revamp their squad ahead of the new season.

This has piqued the interest of multiple sides in the Saudi Pro League who have been keeping an eye on Kudus since the winter transfer window.
Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg reported on 2 April that the £85million release clause in his contract has been set at a higher rate for Saudi Arabian outfits.
Although that sounds positive for the Irons, a deal could prove to be unlikely as the Ghanaian’s “main plan” is not to move to Saudi Arabia.
Enquiries have already been made, but nothing is concrete yet, as Kudus still has a contract at the London Stadium until 2028.
🚨🇸🇦 Understand that Mohammed #Kudus’ release clause for Saudi clubs is even higher than the £85 million set for European teams.

Kudus has decision to make at West Ham
It is fair to say that the former Ajax man has been a disappointment this season and a sale would make sense for all parties.
If the Irons could land £85m for Kudus, after what has been a largely terrible season, that would be a sensational piece of business.
It would make total sense for the Hammers to do that and would allow the likes of Luis Guilherme to flourish in claret and blue moving forward.
It seems unlikely that the winger is going to move to Saudi Arabia right now, but things could change in the summer.
