Adam Armstrong spent over a decade at Newcastle United having broken through from the academy to the first team.
During his time at Newcastle United, the now 28-year-old striker believes he played alongside his best-ever teammate.
Adam Armstrong broke into Newcastle United’s first team in 2014 and made 21 senior appearances before leaving to join Blackburn Rovers in 2018.
Newcastle cashed in again on Armstrong as he joined Southampton, thanks to a sell-on clause included in his deal.
Back in 2021, Newcastle were linked with Armstrong in a deal that would’ve seen him return to Tyneside, but instead he now finds himself out on loan at West Brom.

In a recent video with West Brom, Armstrong named Hatem Ben Arfa as the best player he’s ever played alongside.
