Wolves have a decision to make with loanee Fabio Silva in the summer transfer window.
Before the start of the season, it was expected that Wolves would cut all ties with Silva after an underwhelming loan spell at Rangers.
Instead, another loan was sanctioned for the Portuguese striker, who was sent to LaLiga to spend the season with UD Las Palmas.
Just as Wolves were ready to press the eject button on Silva, the forward has started to show his true quality, making for a fascinating situation in the summer.

With eight goals in LaLiga this season for a struggling Las Palmas side, Silva has attracted the attention of some European heavyweights.
It was reported that Atletico Madrid are interested in Silva, whose transfer status was recently discussed by Spanish outlet AS.
‘Fabio Silva, the much-desired one,’ the piece was titled, as journalists Pablo Checa and Jorge Garcia Hernandez delved into Silva’s options.
AS set the scene by describing the Wolves loanee as being one of the ‘biggest attractions’ ahead of the summer window, praising the ‘nuances’ the striker has acquired in Spain.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
It was added that Silva wishes to remain in Spain beyond the 2024/25 season, but to do so, he will have to ‘negotiate’ with Wolves over his exit.
Vitor Pereira will want to assess Silva given the level the forward has been performing at away from Molineux, however, it appears the 22-year-old’s mind is already made up.
Now is the time for Wolves to cash in on Silva
In what has been a turbulent time at Wolves for Silva, it’s clear that the striker has found a place to call home in Spain.
While it’s a shame that the forward’s time in the Premier League never went to plan, the Old Gold will be grateful for the loanee’s newfound form.
Scoring freely in LaLiga is a blessing for both Silva and Wolves, as interest is ramping up along with the player’s price tag.
Though Pereira might be tempted to test the water with Silva, just as Gary O’Neil did, now is the time for Wolves to cash in on the Portugal U21 ace, whose work this season must amount to something for his parent club.
