The Memphis Grizzlies are now 0-3 since firing head coach Taylor Jenkins on Friday, and they're dangerously close to falling into Play-In territory. They're tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves for sixth place in the Western Conference and are just a half-game ahead of the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Grizzlies' (44-32) latest loss was a 134-125 home defeat vs. the Golden State Warriors, who were led by Stephen Curry's 52-point, 10-rebound, eight-assist effort. Meanwhile, Draymond Green had 13 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds to complete his 44th career triple-double (including playoffs).
Green spoke his mind about Memphis star Jaren Jackson Jr. after the contest, via The Athletic's Anthony Slater.
"I'm disappointed in Jaren...He's too good to still be getting in foul trouble...I am a Jaren fan. I'm always rooting for him," the four-time NBA champion said. "Jaren gotta figure that out...That was a little disappointing from the big brother in me."
Jackson fouled out after 31 minutes, finishing with 22 points (7-20 FG, 2-9 3 PT), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block.

The Warriors (44-31) are now a half-game ahead of the Grizzlies for fifth in the West. They're also two behind the Los Angeles Lakers and 2.5 behind the Denver Nuggets.
Memphis now has six more regular-season games to figure itself out under interim coach Tuamos Iisalo. It would face Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs if the season ended now.
Up next for the Grizzlies is a three-game road trip against the Miami Heat, Detroit Pistons, and Charlotte Hornets.
